I have a new customer who uses RMS. They are on V 2.0126 which from what I have read is SP3. We are trying to replace their XP computers with Win7. But the install CD they have is V 2.0 and when I install it and migrate the database I get an error when I open the program complaining about the version not being the same as the database.
They do not have a login to the CustomerSource (or at least they dont know is they do). I tried emailing support but got no reply. Where can I download the SP3?

You will find the updates on customersource or partnersource. I assume you are a partner.
Partners are not allowed to distribute updates via dropbox, so you will not find them there.
email me directly and maybe we can transfer the customer to us, so that we can get you updates.

As I stated in my post, Their CD only has version 2.0 on it and they don't have or know how to log into the CustomerSource. They have no idea how they got upgraded to version 2.0.126 either. So we have no way to download any updates. I tried retrieving their CustomerSource account by using their email address but it was not recognized. If someone would provide a link to the updates maybe on a dropbox account of something would be great. I sent an email to support but they never replied.

You are trying the open the database on earlier version 2.0 which is originally saved on later (or higher) version 2.0.126. I don't think you will be able to open it on version 2.0. You better download the CU5 if it is new install from customer/partner source.
