Unable to add Location from Documents grid in associated view of CRM

Hi,

I have enabled SharePoint integration for the Opportunity entity.

I am getting File not found error, whenever I try to add a new Location using "ADD LOCATION" button of Documents grid in associated view of CRM.

Does any one else has experienced this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
