ZERO vat amount not showing up in the VAT transactions details standard report

when I run the vat Transactions details report, Zero rate transactions are not showing up in the report ? Is there any workaround or fix for this issue..

    Please tell which report you have generated to check VAT transactions, also confirm about the Localization for which the report is generated..
