How I can identify record is created in ms crm by data load or by the form ? is there any out of Box field is there ?

How I can identify record is created in ms crm  by data load/exporting data from excel  or by the form ? is there any out of Box field is there ? where the same user is uploading the data and creating the records from the Form side as well.

Okie as per my understanding, Correct me if I am wrong

1.  if the user will export the records from Excel

2. User created a record from the From the side.

In both the scenario Created by field will be same as its done by same user. So How i can identify the two records who/How they created ?

    Hi Bhabani,

Unfortunately there is no OOB flag to identified this , but you can easily track by creating new field. Create one two option set field and make it hidden in the forms . Don not make required for this filed.

Trained user not to import anything in this field while import , so when you retrieve the data you will get the value always when the record created from form.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Bhabani Prasad Panda,

There are no out of box features for identifying the records.

The easiest way is you create new attribute like new_fromform boolean. Then everytime user create using form, on Form_OnLoad and formType === Create, you set new_fromform = true. We don't that feature, so you need custom little bit to get the same result.

    Hi Bhabani Prasad Panda,

You will need to set a flag field when migrating data.
