    Hi Manabat,

Can you provide some more details, please?
Which exact product are you using? Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics AX 2012? What exactly do you mean by "extract"? What is the reason behind mentioning 50 legal entities and a lot of entries?

As far as I recall, you can only import and export in the company that you are in.
So there isn't a way to export at once in all these 50 companies.

    Hi sir,

Have you check the Microsoft document about Data management, The import and export process are done through the Import and Export tile in the Data Management workspace.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Manbat,
If you are using D365FO, you need to create export job for exporting "General journal" entity in DMF and run this export job in each company separately since the entity is created as company specific and not cross-company.

    Hello,

To clarify, I tried to use DMF to extract GL Journals entries however, one month of GJL via "general journal" data entity took 3 hours, is there any faster way to do this?
I have 50 Legal entities to do the same extract.

    Thanks.

    Hi Manbat,
You can evaluate to create a global entity for this purpose so you can export it just for one company. You can activate it to export data in incremental push refresh type. To create this new entity, you need to create a custom entity.
