Multiple instances with Partner demo licenses (CRM Online)

Hello all!

We are a Silver ERP partner and as such, we have some licenses for Dymanics 365 - 15 seats Dynamics 365 Plan 1. Additionally, we are also a CSP partner and according to MS documentation we should have some demo benefit licenses:

We would like to build up some online DEV/DEMO environments and currently have the following idea - to get two separate tenants and have 3 separate instances in every tenant - DEV, DEMO and TRAINING.

Now the big question is can we use these Demo Benefit Licenses to build this infrastructure? Has anyone done this before? Can we install 3 different license keys in the same tenant so that we end up with 3 instances?
