Dear All,

We created one po and approved ,confirmed , then we want to change something so i clicked on request change option but it is throwing below error.

"Cannot create a record in purchase lines history (purchlinehistory).insert not supported with the values specified for “effective ‘ and expiration’. New record overlaps with multiple existing records"

please help me to solve .

Hi Ashok R,

There are at least 2 hot fixes available for purchlinehistory functionality related to effective date issues. They could be found and downloaded through LCS.

It should be fixed in R3 already, do you have any customizations?

I think KB # is KB2901696. For now you can check if you have record already in that table for that PO, you can fix by deleting that record. This solution is not recommended.
