
I am just realizing that I should have a "Synchronize with CRM" button within Outlook next to Work Offline and Advanced Find.
When I go to the Customize the Ribbon I can see "Synchronize with CRM" but it is grayed out.
As always, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for opening this new thread. What happens if you go offline using the CRM System Administrator? Have you been using the Microsoft Office Outlook with Offline Access?
