GP 2013 Letter Writing Assistant pulls wrong values

We upgraded a client form GP 10 to GP 2013. They are using the Letter Writing Assistant. They had modified their First Notice Dunning letter in the Invoice Detail section to include Doc #, Date, Orig Amt, Amt Rem and Amt Due. I thought I could use the same wordintegration.dot file but that does not work as it pulls the Doc #, Date, Pay Terms, Due Date and Amount Due. I tried going into the new wordintegration.dot file but I cannot see how it determines what fields are included in the Invoice Detail field. How can I make these adjustments?
