Please do not open more threads if it is the same problem.
It would be hard to tell what the problem is in general, since apparently you have issues on multiple transfer orders.
Because we do not know what customizations you have done in which part of the system, what is your current AX setup for the relevant areas, and what are you trying to do right now, it is very challenging to troubleshoot this issue.
Your best bet would be to involve someone with more experience from your implementation partner, get a freelancer with the right inventory management and development skills, or raise the issue with Microsoft Support to get help with troubleshooting the problem.

Look in tab "Receive now" on line 1.
Change the TO line to the amount you have sentand try to recive it again.
Give us all details needed please? what is the site, warehouse, batch, you are using? and what is the on-hand inventory shows for this item?
