Is there a OutofTheBox way to view Activity Descriptions in any View on any Grid (Knowing it is limited by length of the description field) right one below the other without having to open one activity at a time? Thanks.

Advait,
You could add the description field to the grid view and maximize it to 300 characters. Anything else will require one of the many 3rd party solutions that are available for purchase.
