Hi,

I´m reviewing the functionality of the Conversion field in the currency setup in Dynamics 365 Finance. According to Microsoft documentation:

“Allows the display of financial information in another currency in forms and reports.

However, when the field is enable , i dont see any effect in forms or standard reports.

What is the use of this field ?

Currency Conversion

A conversion is necessary to be able to recalculate an amount in one currency in another currency. But it doesn't mean that amounts will suddenly display in another currency.

What is the business scenario you'd like to address. Which form are you talking about? How do you want to define to which currency should all amounts be converted to?
