I get this error when trying to launch MS Dynamics

You did not directly say this but this error typically comes from attempting to run a report (print or print preview) when SL has not determined a printer for the session. The program that gives this error is ROI.EXE in such cases. Is this your situation? If so, make sure you have an SL printer. If you are connecting through a terminal services session, you might want to check the use Windows default printer to force the workstation printer to propagate to the terminal services session.
