After one of our users with Administrator security was deactivated, our users began receiving errors that "The user has not been assigned any license". That Admin had owned some of the business rules and workflows. They were assigned to another user license but we were still receiving the error. There currently seems to be a bug in the system that even though they were re-assigned, those processes had to be deactivated and then re-activated again for that to completely update in the system. After we did that and deactivated that Admin license again, the error stopped. We use 2013 CRM Dynamics online. It is my understanding to help avoid this a best practice is to have an Admin security license that is not really owned by a specific user and have that license own the processes to avoid this type of issue. Just wanted to share in case others come upon the same error.
