Action message suggestion in D365 FO.. system is suggesting to increase the existing batch order..

Hi,

Need a suggestion why system is suggesting to increase the quantity of the Batch order(say from 45000 to 230000) where there are suggestions to cancel the planned batch orders which are spread accross for next four months but instead suggesting to increase the quantity of existing order.

But we dont want to suggest the system like that.

As you can for highlighted line, the questions are..
1. Why system is suggesting to advance to past date?

2. Why system is suggesting to cancel the orders which are spread accross multiple months but instead, suggesting to increase the existing order.. Production..

In Master plan, not enabled to allow to generate orders before the MRP running date..

These planned orders are not Approved so.. whenever running the MRP, generating the orders in same way.

We have enabled finite capacity with coverage group period of 30 days, positive days as 365 and coverage time fence days as 365.

Any suggestions please..
