Add custom lookup field to integration table mapping

Hi All,
 
I was wondering can we add custom field of lookup type and map it with dataverse in table mapping. Anyone did it earlier ?
 
Scenario :
 
I have two fields on Customer page 'Segment' and 'Sub Segment' of lookup type. These two are to be mapped and synced with same name fields of lookup type in CRM.
