Can not create opportunity product after upgrade to 365

Hi there all experts.
We have recently upgrade our dynamic crm version from 2011 to 365.
In previous version some users with access could create opportunity product and quote product, both existing and write-in.
Now in this fresh new version, the can create write-in products, but can not create existing opportunity product.
My question is that  should I give any extra permissions?
When the try to create new existing opportunity product it returns permission error and contact your administrator.

Any help would be appreciated
