Our environment is crm 2016 on premise and currently using email router. We had a need to track the email response and hence planning to move to server side sync.
However with email router and crm plugin for outlook, each user has the ability to select what items to be synced to outlook -- contacts/tasks...
If we move to server side sync, will the users have the ability to stop the auto sync and instead choose the entities that needs to be synced.
Or can this be controlled at the configuration level so that it applies to all users in the organization?
