Hello everybody,
Can a user open starting from the dynamics 365 app for outlook a web page in chrome instead of Internet Explorer? (is there a way to change the default browser for the dynamics 365 app for outlook) ?
Hi, do you mean when clicking the "View in Dynamics 365" button? Mine opens in the new Microsoft Edge browser and previously opened in Chrome, it uses my default browser.

Hello ,
The default browser to open web pages from Dynamics App for Outlook is the default browser that you have on your Windows Settings.
If I understand correctly, this depends on the version of Outlook you are using.
Office Add-ins use a browser which depends on the Operating System and the Office Version:
docs.microsoft.com/.../browsers-used-by-office-web-add-ins
So, if I'm correct then the answer is no, but an upgrade could get you onto Edge.
What version of Outlook are you using?
