Please help me..

i try to create Journal in General Journal like this :

I use function Settlement for amount in account Customer.

And then, i click Post. But i get Error.

But, if i not use function Settlement, i can Post this Journal with Customer C0011.

Please help me..

What's wrong?

    Hi,

    Have you checked number sequence parameters in General Ledger and Accounts receivable?

    Hi,

    When it is posting without settlement, it should be related to the number sequences in the Accounts receivable parameters.

    Check the sequences for "Payment voucher" and "Closing voucher".
