Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Crashes when trying to import file into NAV

NAV Version: 2013 Update: CU33

Windows Version: 1809

The moment we click on the drop down menu arrow (see image) this opens an explorer to find and select the file that needs to be imported.

When the file explorer opens Microsoft Dynamics Nav Hangs and crashes with no error popup.

    Is there any solution for this ? We are facing the same error message when trying to import G/L Budget.
    

    Once the windows pop up for file selection, it crashed and stop working.
    

    We are running on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016.43897.

    what I found on other forums are that this is bug with this version of Dynamics NAV 2016. Microsoft seems to solve this issue in Dynamics NAV 2016.44365

    I've read this link too. 
    

    But the error only occur in one of the client PC. 
    

    Suspect could be due to the latest .net framework 4.7 updates that cause the error.
