Problem seeing a Quick View Form

I have 1:N relationship between Contact and Project. Project being custom entity. I need to display few fields such as Full Name, Email, DOB on Project Entity from Contact Entity. I created Quick View Form on Contact Entity, inserted that form on Project Entity. However it doesn't display any fields on Project Entity. When I load the page/form, it shows for a split second and then goes away. It also leaves white space where I've inserted that form but doesn't show any fields. Any idea?

I'm using CRM 2015 Online

    Do you have contact lookup field populated in the Project record? Quickview form will automatically show values in the form once you populate  contact lookup value and save the record.

    Thanks. That's what I was missing. I hadn't displayed the lookup on the form.

    I am having a similar issue - I am trying to have information from the lead record show via a quickview form on the phone call activity entity. I guess I am not understanding what you mean by a lookup field being populated/displayed on the form.

    Create a quick view form for the lead record and add this quick view form on the phone form. Once user selects the regarding as lead record quick view will show all the data related to lead record.

    I am not able to see anything but the name of the quick form field.  Any ideas?
