Thanks for reading my query. We have been trying to figure out how to set discounts for our Customers in LS Central. I got the Discount offer to work, but we realize that once this discount is set, the cashier cannot manually reduce or remove the discount. There are some instances where for example we might need to remove the discount if the Customer is paying with a credit card. Is there something I am missing in the Discount offer setup?

Hi,

Pls use Customer Discount group feature to mange these type of scenarios.

So you can change manage the discount values by changing groups.
