Wrong numbers in Historical Aged Trial Balance & Aged Trial Balance w/ Options in Sales Module (GP 2010 SP4)

Hi All,

Historical Aged Trial Balance & Aged Trial Balance w/ Options in Sales Module prints wrong numbers that do not match the GL nor Receivables Summary Inquiry nor Aging Reports. I searched for a solution online and ended with the result of there is a problem in the database which I do not know how to solve it.

Any solution suggestion will be appreciated.

"Problem in the database" is a pretty broad statement. Was the solution you found specific as to what the problem in the database might be?

Hi Amgad Moustafa,

You can use the Reconcile to GL window to identify where is difference exist. From this an excel will be created where related or not related information's one side it will be for GL and other side will be for RM transactions.

This window can be opened from the below path.

Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Tools >> Routines >> Financial >> Reconcile to GL
