We are in Dynamics SL CU1 version and the 2017 Year end updates has been installed . When Payroll specialist submitted to the test website called “SSA AcuWage Online website. She got an error
due to the layout of the W2 form new box code 12 FF in position 474-484.
any idea how to fix it?

Apparently, the file that was used for installation did not work. Download again from the same link this morning and it works this time. I think MSFT uploads the new files.
Thanks for the update..Yes, I don't fee FF in the Box Letter so the update did not install. The .exe file that was used for installation is SL2015CU1_YEU2017.exe ; the query ran through successfully. after re-install the update, do I have to run the 2015_1099YEUpdate.sql script again?

Thank you for posting this issue to the forum. It is suspected that when the year end updates were installed, the files did not install correctly.
We had a case where they indicated they installed the YE update and accuwage reported an error in positions 474 to 484. Turned out they did not have the update installed as they had thought. Whether there was a problem installing it or whether they were just mistaken, I don’t know, but it wasn’t installed.
There are six files installed in the PR folder with that YE update, all of them dated 11/21/2017. So if you don’t see those files, the YE update did not fully install.
Also, if the update is installed, you should see box letter FF in the deduction maintenance screen. If you enter box 12 and then click the down arrow on the box letter.

More question- is update suppose to add a new Code FF to the W-s control tab under the
Deduction maintenance screen?
