    Hi,

Go on User card and defined company?

    General Access:

    • Permission Set: Users do not need to have the SUPER permission set to access a company. They just need the appropriate permission sets that grant access to the necessary functions within the company.
    • Company Field:
      • Blank Company Field: If the Company field is blank, the user can access all companies within the Business Central instance.
      • Specified Company: If the Company field specifies a particular company, the user can only access that company.

Since you are asking the question, I am assuming your User’s permissions are restricted to a specific company. You would need to add matching permissions for the new Company OR remove the company restriction. If the Company Name is blank on the permission, it applies the same permission to all companies.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

Users are always common amoung the companies created in business central,

In permission for the user add this company and include the same set of permission you have given them already by adding the company in the next coloumn.

this will have controls for accessing the company with same set of permissions

    Thanks

    Hi,

In the user permission page make sure that -

    1. If records have company name blank, then users have the same permission in all companies.

    2. If records have company name, then just create same records in user permission and in company name choose the new company created. It will have same permission to user in new company as of old company.
