Hi,
I tried using the code :
this.design().colorScheme(FormColorScheme::RGB); this.design().backgroundColor(WinAPI::RGB2int(255,0,0));with no success. Does anyone know why? This works in 2009 and 2012 but not in 365. help
Moved to D365 Finance forum.
In D365 you have less control over the form look&feel than in AX2012.
But please try to use Custom form pattern, that might help you. If not, then it's not possible at all to change the background color.
Hi Leona,
Can you tell the business requirement why you want to change the background? How does it help a business user? A user can choose his own color scheme.
Hi André,
They want to display a huge colored dialog box during validation of a field. I guess i’ll use image instead if the background color is not controllable by code. Thanks!

Hi AX User 101,
Are you a colleague from Leona or do you have a similar requirement? You can indeed try an image, but I'm not convinced how a huge colored dialog box will help the user.
