Login failed in admin user provisioning tool

Hello community, I have this problem in my MSD365 development environment, when I register my email in "AdminUserProvisioning" I get this error, which page do you suggest to solve this error, or a personal suggestion.

You need to use your Azure Active Directory account, not a local account like axdbadmin.

By the way, please make sure that you don't use 'pre' tag for the contents of your question, because text isn't wrapped in that case (I fixed it in your last two threads; you still can see the bug in your older threads) and that the thread title describes the topic (I fixed it too).
