Hi all,
Wondered if anyone was having the same issue that I'm experiencing with implementing the CRM Queue Manager v2.0. The problem that I'm getting is when I use the queue manager configurator I can complete the first step with server name crm4.dynamics.com, with SSL and Organization in Microsoft O365 selected. This is successful and the server is recognised, however when I try and enter the username and password details they are not accepted. I have tried multiple accounts most get an error message "ID3243: The security token could not be authenticated or authorized." or "clientCredentials.UserName.UserName or clientCredentials.Windows.ClientCredential.UserName MUST be populated", which is fine as most these accounts are not authorised or are domain accounts (not O365) however when I enter the details of a O365 admin and CRM administrator I get message "Access is denied".
I have checked the certificate and it is valid as the installation is relatively new, however I do remember reading somewhere previously that a field name had changed slightly and thing this is possible causing the issue (unfortunately I can no longer find the article).
If anyone has experience this issue or has a possible solution it would be most appreciated. I am aware of the alternative c360 add-on although I believe the Codeplex customisation seems to be a better solution for the email to case problem.
Many Thanks,
Ben
