    You can refer following link for more details:

    Help button options in Dynamics 365 | by Raphaël Pothin | Raphaël Pothin | Medium

    By default, your Dynamics 365 environment is configured to send you to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 documentation page if you click on the help button. 

    If you want to change this default behavior, and provide to your end users an help experience closer of your processes and taking into account your customization, you can configure a global custom help page.

    Finally, your last option, the custom help panes, to build a custom help experience for your end user is available since the 9.1.0.10300 version.
