Thanks André. Yes indeed there features in on-premise, I was looking for a clear reference or documentation on what is available in on premise to share with a prospect customer.

The comparison is talking about 'all' HR features. There are features in the standard application since several versions. This is also available for on-premise. You can check feature management to turn on the migrated features in your environment.
