Formatting Financial Reports (i.e. Account Schedules) in Excel

Posted on by 265

My customer wants to know if it is possible to setup formatting for exporting reports from financial reporting (i.e. what used to be called account schedules) to Excel.

Like freeze a certain number of rows as the header.

Suppress the extra row that is printing between each row.

I cannot see a way to do it but I may be missing something.

Hi, you can use the following method to export financial reporting to Excel, which will retain the format when printing.

If you need more processing in excel, as far as I know this requires customization, you can try the Excel layout.

PS: Analyze, group, and pivot data on list pages using multiple tabs (In-client Analysis mode)

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
