Our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations production environment is deployed under an Entra ID tenant that was provisioned with the country/region set to United States. Our operating entities, however, are registered in USA, India, along with additional entities in Malaysia, and the UAE.

Because the tenant country determines CSP market eligibility, our subscriptions are currently procured through a US-market CSP. We have observed a material difference between the pricing available in the US market and the pricing available in the India market for the same SKUs. We wish to understand what supported options, if any, are available to us to procure against the India price list, and we wish to do so strictly within Microsoft's licensing terms. We do not wish to migrate or re-deploy the production environment.

Would be great if someone could help with this query.

Thanks for your reply @André Arnaud de Cal... . We did reach out to our partner, and they have suggested to procure in USA.
But, we talked to a few more people in the same space and they suggested that there might be a way to procure licenses in India since we are a registered business here. Hence, we wish to confirm.

I raised a ticket to Microsoft, but it is throwing automatic responses for each reply, and no real support representative is available to schedule a meeting. That is bit annoying! :)

That doesn't sound like a great support experience with Microsoft. Most likely, I will meet someone from a license distributor on Wednesday evening. I can try to ask the question to this person then.

Hi,
As promised, I talked with a licensing expert in my country. Unfortunately, it is the country where the tenant is created. In your case, this is the USA.
