I have one user where exporting to excel downloads the file instead of opening Excel.

Is there an option for that somewhere? What controls if it opens Excel or downloads as a file?

    I found out the difference is if the Excel Add-in option is installed.

    I wanted to remove the fact that it opens up Excel, so I uninstalled the Excel add-in from the NAV installer.

    Now, NAV downloads the Excel file instead of opening Excel.
