Hi

I want to link or map blocks of dashboard with each other so that they show different data of crm which is linked to one single account. I have created views & charts for dashboard but it shows whole data present in crm and i want that data on behalf of search single account.

So if anyone have any other idea related to my scenario, you can share.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Saloni,

can you provide an example of what you want exactly to achieve?

Also, can you let us know what the version is you are using?

For D365 CRM OnPremise, you can find the customization possibilities here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/create-edit-dashboards

For D365 CE Online, you can find additional information here:

    Hi Saloni,

as Dashboards' charts are based on system / personal views, a way to approach your scenario would be to create views for the specific account and create a dashboard with charts to show the related data.

If you want to be more flexible and do not want to go the predefined views approach, you can add charts on the account form to allow showing data per selected account.
