Cannot sign in to Business Central

Up until yesterday, I was able to log into Business Central without issue.

For some reason now, when signing in, the application won't progress beyond the spinning animation.

Has anyone seen this before and know how to resolve it?  I am logging in with a Global Administrator account.

There are no errors in the JavaScript Console.

    Clearing all cookies resolved this.
