GP 10-Payables management error - a save operation on table 'PM_Reprint_Distribution' failed accessing SQL data

Customer is on GP 10 and has received the following error when attempting to post payables transactions:

A Payables Management transaction that was interrupted during normal processing has been recovered. Use the Payables Management transaction entry windows to continue processing the transaction. Clicking on More Info yields: A save operation on table 'PM_Reprint_Distribution' failed accessing SQL data. [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Function Sequence error

We are looking for any information on how we might resolve the issue
