Online Customer Support

Hello All, 

We currently use CRM for our in-house customer support department. We are looking for a way to offer our customers on-line support. We would like to give them the ability to create trouble tickets, look up service records, etc. Is this possible with CRM or does anyone know of a software add-on to offer this capability. I appreciate anyone's help in this matter.

    You might check out the Dynamics Marketplace for pre-built solutions.  Microsoft has a solution, Customer Portal for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 that appears to provide what you are looking for and if free. Otherwise a company called Adxstudio offers a paid portal product.

    You could always use the CRM SDK to build your own portal functionality as well.
