Project accunting - trying to close a project but having issues with checklist.

Hi,

I am trying to close a project in GP project accounting (fixed price), however the checlist is incomplete with - "all purchases recived matched or cancelled". Where as there are no purchase trx related to a project. Can any one guide how to close the project.
