Hi,

Can someone explain how to configure currency options in CRM, and how is everything funcionating.

So i have imported values in CRM that are in one currency, how can i configure to show them on entity forme i two currencies, one is base currency one is custom? B

    Davor,

    There are plenty links to browse, but just want to let you know with example here.

    Base currency is the value of the amount based on 'your organization' currency..

    So, for example: Rupiah (IDR)

    Then in your transaction, you have 1000 USD (let's say, the exchange rate of 1 USD to Rupiah = 13000)

    Then let's say your transaction total is 130,000 IDR..

    But, you use 'USD' in your record currency, so your amount will be 10 USD, but in your base field, still stored as 130000 (to save the actual amount based on base currency)
