Is it possible to have in one work order multiple service locations?
Work Order :
Service 1 : Service Location 1
Service 2 : Service Location 2

Work Orders by design have multiple service tasks. That's out of the box. If you change the service task the way you're doing, you're undermining your standard incident templates and basically turning work orders into your custom suggested entity "Service order".
In all seriousness, you should be using incident templates to standardize your work orders and then making a work order for each service location. Because they are literally multiple work orders.
Remember, Field Service is far more like ERP systems than old Dynamics CRM. It's not an open-ended platform. It has a very specific process flow to achieve its work, and any changes should not undermine those.
From an end-user perspective, making a second work order should be a trivial task. We're not talking crazy data entry. If that's still onerous to the user, the best solution would be to build a "clone work order" button that copies everything over but the Service Account so all the end user needs to do is add the new Service Account. There's even a parent/child Work Order relationship you can use to keep them linked.
one customer places a work order that involves multiple pickups and multiple drop offs-so these is dependency among the services.
Hi Wayne,
Would the following approach an option?
Work Order can take multiple service task types
Can the service task type entity be edited to add service task address? and make this service task type schedulable?
I was just suggesting making multiple manual work orders, but if a custom entity works for you, that's fine too.
Hi Wayne,
Thank You!
Is this what you are suggesting?
Step 1: Create a custom entity - Service Order with Multiple Service Locations
Step 2: Have a workflow that created multiple workorders (one for each Service Location) out of the Service Order
Not out of the box. You should split those into two work orders, so your routing tools can actually properly route between the two service locations.
If you add a custom second service location lookup to a Work Order, be aware that Dynamics Field Service will not be able to map a route to the second service location or book travel time for it.
