Send out Surveys to external users

Hello there,

Currently, I have a task wherein I need to send out a survey to external users. External users are those who won't use Dynamics 365. I am planning to add these users using the SDK. External users/contacts will come from MSSQL and will be imported to Dynamics CRM.

My question is, what is the best way to send out a survey to a group of people? Will Voice of the customer work and do I also need to group these users to a company?

The task is to Import email addresses from MSSQL to CRM (Create record for them) then send out a survey.

Any tips would be highly appreciated, thank you!

    Hi Rome Palaganas,

    Voice of the Customer is designed for this task. Using it, you can create and send surveys to external users to receive their valuable feedback, and they can take your surveys on a phone, tablet, or computer. For more information on Voice of the Customer, look at the articles in this help hub.
