Hello,

We added a new tender type to our RMS POS system and need to add the proper account to our GL Account Assignment, but it won't let us enter anything. What do we have to do to be able to enter new account numbers into the grid?

    HI Jim,

    Can you please let me know what accounting software you are using?

    In testing, I am able to edit the GL accounts (Journal > Assign GL Accounts).
