Smartlist showing Payroll when the person is set-up of Accounts Receivables

I just set-up a new user. Assigned as a AR Clerk. When I go to smartlist it shows Payroll folder, I go into the folder and I see Payroll journal entries list.

How can I stop this from happening.

They also have access to Financials/Inquiry/Transaction Match by Account.

Which gives them access to all the GL accounts.

How do I fix this problem.

Does your Role ID have a * at the end of it? Was it modified by anyone?

yes it has a * and it has not been midified

On the User, the payroll/HR box was not checked

Question is: does SmartList use the same security?
