Workflow User Group

Hi Guys,

I really need help. I have made a custom field extend the Customer Table and Page, and already create workflow for it. It running well when I used Approver Type: Specific Approver. But, I want to use Workflow User Group. After I set up for Workflow User Group, It only run until sequence 2, and after sequence 2 approve, status on sequence 3 does not change into Open, it still on Created. Is there any solution for this problem?

Anyway, I use Business Central 15.

    Most likely we would need to see how You set up that workflow rules/events, to see if this can be resolved by adjusting them.
     
    But there have been several updates/hotfixes to this... for example just recently the 23.3 version got a hotfix, where one of the bugs corrected was: "The workflow user group doesn't work correctly". Not sure of the details though, but the BC 15 doesn't receive any updates/hotfixes since April of 2021, so could be this has to be fixed by a developer.
