About Production Control(BOM)

I have a question about BOM:

D0001 - BOM0001(A0001 + B0001)

D0001 is a combination of A0001 and B0001

A0001-bom0002 (ES001 + RS0002)

B0001-bom0003 (LS001 + GS0002)

But A0001 and B0001 are produced by ES,RS,LS and GS materials

When I create a sales order about D0001 and send it to production, how can I simultaneously create the production orders of A0001 and B0001

According to my concept

When I want to produce D0001, I will present three production orders (D0001, A0001, B0001).

Set the line type of A1 and B1 to "Pegged supply"  This will cause hard pegged production orders to be dropped for those items.

The sub-production will appear after D1 is estimated.

    ETA:

This is native to AX.  If this is only supposed to happen for some scenarios then the line type can also be changed on the production BOM

Do you need  3 separate production orders? If so and you always make to order, and  lot to lot rather than to inventory ( which may be for multiple requirements for the sub assembly) then the pegged supply is a good option.

If you want to put sub assembles to stock and then reissue then you can create flat BOM with everything in one BOM and If need be then use phantom lines for the sub assemblies so as to see the structure, and to separately cost the sub assemblies.
