Retail - Discounts - Maximum Discount Limit

Hello,

I would like to ask if there is a way to setup a discount for retail POS with a maximum discount limit .. For example, we would like to offer 25% discount until the discount reaches $50 max.

I tried to implement using Threshold discounts with Tiers : but the system does not allow to grant a lower discount for the higher tier

I get this message

Any thoughts will be highly appreciated

Hi Suha,

There is no such feature to enable a min/max limit on a discount.

If you need such a functionality, this requires a customization.
