Trying to add PO number from Payables Transaction entry to the Detailed Trial Balance for General Ledger

I am trying to add the PO number from the Payable Transaction entry window to the Detailed Trial Balance. Followed Article ID 863689 (last revised 11/2/13). It is for an older version (states for Dyn 9, but does include instructions for Dyn 10). I am currently using Dynamics 2013 Release 2 (version 12.00.2084 (R2)). I can't find any articles that are newer.

I can tell that the modified report is printing, since I do get the modified header information; however, the PO number field that gets created does not print anything on the report.

Can anyone help?

Hi Kmusick,

I have been testing this and I can't seem to get it to work as well. When it comes to Report Writer KB articles they are usually more of a guide as they don't get updated as often. I am going to do some more testing to see the best way to go about getting the PO Number to show. Perhaps another community member might be able to assist before I am able to finish my testing.

I just tried and it's showing PO number, but GL Entry of that payable transactions should be posted, to show the value.
