    Hi Srinivas,

If you are on the product receipt form, you can go to the lines view and then per line, you can inquire the related inventory transactions.

    Hi Srinivas,

What is the status of the related inventory transactions? Are they already consumed, reserved and/or invoiced? In that case you cannot use the correct button, but might need to post a new reversing product receipt.

You can only use the correct button when the received inventory transactions are untouched.
