Hi There,

We recently upgraded our solution to Dynamics 365 from CRM 2016 online. The business process flows are not displaying properly on Windows 7 IE browsers. The collapse button and next stage button are not being displayed. Does anyone encountered these issues? I could not get any references related to this.

Did you ever find a solution to this?

I know this is an old post, but we just upgraded to CRM 2016 (8.2.0) and are experiencing similar problems. On windows 7, we are unable to see the "collapse" button and the "previous/next stage" buttons (we only see the word "Next Stage". I Tried on IE 11 and Chrome with the same outcome. If I try on Windows 10, everything appears as it should. Unfortunately we still have thousands of users on the Windows 7 platform.

Any ideas?

Oops! We are using Windows 7 and IE 11. We are not having issues if we use IE 11 on Windows 10. Not sure if that makes any difference.
